RIGHT OF ASSIGNMENT

This instrument warrants that the signatures below are the true in fact authorized persons to assign the article mention listed below. Assigning the right of collecting the remaining owed/obligated proceeds of the said Lease of:

The above said mentioned Lease has been made assignable by both parties.  The Assignor/Landlord and Obligator/Tenant., upon transfer to “a chose in action”. Assignee/Investor.  All parties agreed to keep and perform the same, in all matters except in regards of the direction of payments for rent, which will be paid to the Assignee.  All obligation and duties to the property will remain the responsibility of the Landlord.

 

In this promise to assign a verification of Tenant eligibility (V.O.T.E) has been conducted within the last 60days securing the liquidity of the Lease and a verification of property, Landlord and compliance evaluation has also been conducted (V.O.P.L.A.C.E) to secure that the Tenant will have no adverse reasons to move out or to refuse to continue to pay rent of the leased property. 

 

Any security deposits made to the Landlord are retained by the Landlord, for damages that may be caused by the Tenant and any interest (if any) to be paid or returned by the Landlord.  The Assignee has neither obligation to any liability to the physical said property nor any past claims, only the receiving of collections of rental payments and evictions fees and or funds awarded.

 

Note: When the lease term ends, the assignment has concluded.  It is the determination of the Landlord to generate a new lease for the Tenant, if they wish to remain or terminate the Tenancy which must be disclosed in advance no later than within 45days of the expiration of the lease.       

 

This letter of assignment has an issued date that expires within 45days of the date of approval to you the Landlord.  If this instrument is not submitted/faxed within the allotted time.  Another V.O.T.E and V.O.P.L.A.C.E will be conducted and subject to a denial. 

 

Landlord and Tenant have read, understood and agreed to the terms and the condition of this assignment.
