CRIB Card holders are Registered Tenants that record their rental payments to NERPHRA, the National Electronic Residential Payment History Recording Agency, in hopes of raising or maintaining their FARM scores.
FARM scores, or Fair Accurate Rental Measurement scores, are on an alphabetical scale, "A" being the highest score, "F" being the lowest. By entering a Tenant's CRIB Card number into our database, a Landlord will have access to the Tenant's Residential Credit History Report, which can be used to determine whether or not the Tenant makes rent payments on time and is a good fit for the property.

Besides, FICO scores have very little validly to Landlords. A prospective Tenant will be charged the same rent whether their credit score is 200 or 700. After all, just because a Tenant makes timely car payments doesn't mean they'll do the same for their rent.
