To build your Rental credit & receive your card you must first qualify.

To be eligible, you must meet at least 9 of the requirements.
-Must be 18 years or older
-Must have a source of income
-Must be a current renter
-Must have had a mortgage or lease in the last 36 months
-Current combined income must meet 50% of the requested monthly rent
(housing or support subsidies can not to be included)
-Must have at least 6 months of rent receipts/proof of payments
-Must have documented or be able to prove income
-Must be looking to move soon
To qualify for credit, you must have these final 6 items:

R ent receipts/proof of rental payments
E mail address(your personal email.)
D ebt card/Bank card
I. D. State issued
T ime to complete the process
