After becoming a Card holder, you will be able to build your residential credibility by recording your rental payments to N.E.R.P.H.R.A, the National Electronic Residential Payment History Recording Agency. Each recorded payment will contribute to your F.A.R.M score                    (Fair Accurate Rental Measurement) Score, which potential Landlords will view when deciding whether or not to lease their property to you.
