The Agent is committed to you, not only finding your new home, but also setting up the appointments, showing you the homes, and also walking you through the entire leasing process, and being the eyes on your behalf until you move in.

If within 30 days of getting started and the Agent had not found an ideal home for you, the fee will be refunded (within 2 business days) no questions asked.

EXCEPTIONS:

If you did not qualify for any of the properties, or you stop communication with the Agent or change your mind about leasing within 50 days the refund does not apply.
